Description de l'emploi
The position’s primary purpose is to drive organic growth. Grow branch revenues by adding new, profitable customers while growing and retaining existing customers.
Principales fonctions/responsabilités :
- Manage, develop and support a team that is comprised of: eight (8) Account Managers, one (1) Inside Sales Representative, one (1) Sales Operations Analyst.
- Develop, execute, and deliver results on the branch organic growth strategy.
- Determine priority customer targets for the branch and drive territory growth.
- Performance management and coaching team members to deliver desired results.
- Review and approve proposals to ensure profitability and strategy to win.
- Analyze market trends and competitor’s offers to determine value wedge and pricing strategies.
- Report and present business results to branch management and senior leadership team.
- Work with Sales Operations Analyst to drive usage of CRM and ensure data quality.
Qualifications
Formation/expérience/antécédents :
- 7+ years track record of sales success and demonstrated expertise
- Technical knowledge/experience in hazardous waste industry
- Management experience of a high performing team
- Experience of delivering consultative, technical sales

- Focused on results and aggressive in achieving them
