Oversee and assist staff on<br \/> sample analysis and the determination of chemical components of waste materials and products from processing.<br \/> Ensures that the laboratory site is in proper compliance with company policies and procedures as well as with<br \/> appropriate regulatory agencies. Oversee and assist in the training newly hired team members in the various<br \/> techniques utilized in the laboratory in identifying a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Interacts<br \/> with Operations staff to identify\/manage the sample workload.
