This position requires the ability to work in outdoor conditions during all seasons and in various types of weather.&#xa0; The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work overtime and various shifts, which may include weekends.&#xa0;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9s principales (Fonctions essentielles) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load, unload, or adjust materials or products on conveyors by hand<\/li>\n<li>Sort through soil and rocks to remove, rocks, plastics, metals, trash and other materials<\/li>\n<li>Sort materials, such as metals, glass, wood, paper, plastic or trash, into appropriate containers for recycling<\/li>\n<li>Process materials in compliance with applicable safety or environmental regulations<\/li>\n<li>Monitor material flow or instruments to ensure optimal processing conditions<\/li>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting machines, conveyors, or other processing equipment or doing other preventive maintenance actions<\/li>\n<li>Remove clogs, defects, or impurities from machines, conveyors, or other processing equipment using lifts, hoists, or open gates<\/li>\n<li>Learn and follow safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Notify supervisors of problems encountered with material or equipment<\/li>\n<li>Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time<\/li>\n<li>Apply and remove the area specific locks and tags as identified on the equipment specific lock out procedure<\/li>\n<li>Direct traffic movement or warn of hazards, using signs, flags, lanterns, and hand signals<\/li>\n<li>Help production workers by cleaning work areas and equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No prior experience is required; experience in operating small equipment preferred<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience on processing and\/or constructions sites is preferred\/helpful<\/li>\n<li>Dipl\u00f4me d'\u00e9tudes secondaires ou General Educational Development (GED) exig\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Informations suppl\u00e9mentaires :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
