The job interfaces frequently with clients, peers, and managers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9s principales (Fonctions essentielles) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists drivers with problems\/issues as issues arise (during the day or at the end of the route).<\/li>\n<li>Communicate driver issues with Customer Service, Transportation Supervisor and\/or Facility Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Customer Service with customer requests, route changes, rescheduling for pickups\/missed stops.<\/li>\n<li>Provides highest level of customer service to all customers in line with Customer 1st objectives.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and escalate Salesforces cases to supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Assist walk-in customers area.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Assist Transportation Supervisor on Logistics and Transportation.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and review daily the Atlas routing system.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily debriefs for all drivers in accordance with written SOPs.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Assist drivers with handheld\/printer use. Ensure handheld entry back-up to mobile hub.&#xa0;&#xa0; Resolve\/escalate issues related to handhelds\/mobile hub.<\/li>\n<li>Build and print routes for drivers daily, including but not limited to shipping documents, route sheets, barcode labels.<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch drivers for extra or missed pick-ups.<\/li>\n<li>Create\/distribute load sheets<\/li>\n<li>Reviews driver\u2019s paperwork (VCR and logbook) and files paperwork.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Forwards VCR (Vehicle Condition Report) reports to Transportation Supervisor\/Manager for maintenance request.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Review and updates routes, new customers based on daily communication, reroutes existing customers as required.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Complete consolidated manifests for trailer shipments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that routes are balanced daily.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Prepares reviews and stamps all manifests.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Assists Trans Supervisor\/Manager as needed\/directed.<\/li>\n<li>Download PDTs from previous night.<\/li>\n<li>Handle 3rd Party Hauler paperwork.<\/li>\n<li>Track and input DOT hours\/ JJ Keller.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Monitors Company policies and procedures, communicating to staff, as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate performance standards and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors operations and work of all CSRs.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Keeps staff informed of current problems, changes, and new developments in the department and company by conducting professional, organized, and participative meetings.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Required Qualifications:&#xa0; <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED<\/li>\n<li>One or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Skills to use or ability to quickly learn programs and systems required for the job (Salesforce CRM, JJ Keller, Atlas routing software)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications souhait\u00e9es :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two or more years of transportation\/logistic experience<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates the ability to work safely and carefully to prevent injury to self or others.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates knowledge of computer software applications to include spreadsheets and word processing.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Physical and Mental Demands:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer<\/li>\n<li>Talking \u2013 constantly expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Visual acuity &#8211; Must have close visual acuity to perform activities such as, preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, filing papers, operating a vehicle, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>J'ai bien compris.
