Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Boston, Veolia emploie plus de 10 000 personnes r\u00e9partis sur plus de 350 sites en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p>The Permitting Compliance Manager will act as primary regulatory contact and expert for all permitting, reporting and regulatory actions and regulatory agency issues within the organization as it relates to internal\/external facilities and operation. Review and interpret analytical data related to air, water, and waste, and assist local management with processes and procedures to remain below permit and regulatory limits. Manage notices of violations (NOVs) to mitigate impact to the company. Ensure the environmental management system (currently SEM) is accurate and up to date as it relates to permits and environmental requirements. Responsible for tracking all regulations related to EPA and state and local environmental agencies. Working with new acquisitions on integration of permitting, develop programs, policies and training for the organization around environmental regulations related to their facilities and establish standards for audit programs for their areas.<\/p>\n<p>Responsabilit\u00e9s principales (Fonctions essentielles) :<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Identify all applicable environmental regulations, permitting requirements and reporting requirement; develop programs around regulations to be implemented in the field.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Provide Regulatory support for active acquisitions. Evaluate process and implement changes to programs, training, and policies to ensure a smooth transition as we acquire new companies.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Work with internal\/external operations teams to ensure that permit conditions are being met \u2013 including reporting on required elements in the permit or regulations, ensuring that required sampling\/testing is being conducted and periodic auditing is done to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Meet with regulatory agencies as required for permitting, regulatory actions and reporting as required. Meet with regulatory agencies on pending changes to regulations\/legislation or new activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Participate with the Government affairs team on development of regulations, new regulation or legislation changes and provide regulatory expertise and guidance on issues related to their area. Provide support to Government Affairs team on issues<\/p>\n<p>related to customer situations arising from regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Frequent contact with various levels of Clean Earth personnel regarding permitting issues\/concerns\/renewals. Most frequently with EHS Operations, Regional Directors\/VPs, Managers, Corporate Staff, and field engineering team. Works with auditing teams to ensure conditions are met per regulations or permit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Regular contact with regulatory agencies regarding updates\/changes to regulations, permitting and reporting.
