Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Boston, Veolia emploie plus de 10 000 personnes r\u00e9parties sur plus de 350 sites en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for supervising the lab pack field team and the facility retail\/lab pack depacking team and is responsible for the safe and efficient packaging, handling, and processing of retail and lab pack waste at the Clean Earth facility.&#xa0; Ensures the teams consistently meet regulatory and safety compliance measures and operates in a productive and profitable manner in accordance with Clean Earth policies, practices, and procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principales responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manages all aspects of the lab pack field team including hiring, training, development, and performance in accordance with HR policies and practices.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate lab pack field projects as needed that may include high hazard services, HHW, or any business-related needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manages the team responsible for the de-packing of lab pack and retail waste including all reactives, cylinders and specialty waste.&#xa0;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Acts as a technical resource for the team as well as customer service and sales.&#xa0;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.<br \/>\n\u2022 Submits lab pack consolidation sheets to end disposal facilities for approval.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Works with management team to implement, update, and develop standard work practices.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensures appropriate paperwork is completed and data is entered correctly in system including manifest and land disposal restriction forms.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assists in ensuring that the plant meets regulatory and safety compliance measures and operates in a safe, productive, and profitable manner.&#xa0; Ensures compliance with all program objectives.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Performs periodic audits and review of inbound containers and provides feedback to appropriate management group.&#xa0;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#xa0; Administers all Clean Earth Company policies and procedures, communicates to staff and when necessary, ensures compliance.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support sales department in the implementation of new accounts, presentation of services, response to inquiries and technical information.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Performs other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Requirements:&#xa0;&#xa0;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate College degree in area of General Science or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Two or more years of field management experience<\/li>\n<li>Two or more years of&#xa0;experience in lab packing, segregating pharmaceutical waste, chemical service specialist or as a truck driver&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Permis de conduire valide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/BA in science related field\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Hazardous waste processing experience&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to accept ownership of controlled pharmaceuticals on behalf of Clean Earth.&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to properly classify controlled substances by DEA guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Experience with, and a general knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and DEA Regulations as they relate to waste characterization and the transportation of hazardous waste&#xa0;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of computer software applications including MS Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel via automobile and commercial airline up to 25% with occasional overnight travel<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to regularly access and use general office equipment including phones, computers, copiers, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Doit \u00eatre capable de travailler dans un environnement de travail anim\u00e9 et souvent distrayant, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement climatis\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This position requires a CDL B to be obtained within a 6-month period from your start date.
