This role involves executing intricate pipe-fitting tasks using various materials including stainless steel, fiberglass, CPVC, and PVC. High-level proficiency in operating specialized machinery-such as ironworkers, band saws, drill presses, and forklifts-is required. Beyond technical execution, the technician serves as a mentor to junior staff, ensures strict compliance with safety protocols, and performs confined space entries in specialized tank environments.
